We’ve spent years focusing our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts on mental health support, veterans support, wellbeing, and the rehabilitation of offenders – key areas in line with our values.
Supporting our Armed Forces and veterans is both professional and personal for us. We have several veterans in our team, and they understand what it means when companies help members of the Armed Forces transition into civilian life. Furthermore, we’ve signed the Armed Forces Covenant to reaffirm our commitment to supporting this exceptional group of individuals.
Mental health remains a critical issue within our industry, where long hours, physical strain, and job insecurity can take their toll on our workforce. We’ve found that giving that support to our workforce on-site helps to reduce sick days, improve job satisfaction, and ultimately enhance workplace safety and productivity. We’ve built on this further by developing a community around Wellbeing, engaging our employees across our offices and sites.
Our team has been working with Prison Employment Leads from prisons across the UK, providing those coming up to release with information on how they can get their career started in our industry. By providing employment opportunities, we can help a group of people who frequently struggle to find work get back into employment and decrease their chance of reoffending.
At PSI Global, we’re not just constructing success, but helping to build stronger communities.
Within our Social Values team, we have focused on four primary areas: Wellbeing, Mental Health, Rehabilitation, and Veterans Support. Click through each area below to learn more about the work we’re doing and the ongoing support we provide for each of these areas and groups.
