Policy Brief & Purpose

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility toward the communities we work in and represent across the UK. PSI Global Group is part of a bigger system of people, values, other organisations and communities. The social responsibility of our business is to give back to the communities we’ve built professional relationships in (and beyond).

What is Corporate Social Responsibility?

Our CSR company policy outlines our efforts to give back to the communities across the UK in which we have a presence, while looking for ways we can continually give back to the global community as a whole.

Scope

This policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries. It may also refer to suppliers and partners.

Policy Elements

We aim to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Our social responsibility is widespread but specifically comes down to our commitment to observe community values, live up to our values of putting our workforce first, and helping to advance the communities in which the PSI Global team, our clients, and candidates operate.

Our company will always:

  • Ensure that all its business operations are legitimate.
  • Keep every partnership and collaboration open and transparent.
  • We’ll always conduct business with integrity and respect for human rights.
  • Respect our clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Promote positive examples of Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Protect each environment in which our business operates.

In addition to upholding the values of our business and each community we serve, we also recognise the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices in regards to this and ensure our team all live up to this important value.

As a team, we’ll always ensure that we protect those that we work with – both in our offices and on-site. We won’t risk the health and safety of our employees and the community they live and work in. As a business, we’ll ensure that we continue to support diversity and inclusion in our offices and on each site we work on.

Our company is dedicated to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labour practices. We’ll ensure that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country or location in which we work.

Donations and Aid

Our company may preserve a budget to make voluntary donations. These donations will aim to:

  • Advance the communities in which we work.
  • Support the clients and candidates we work with.
  • Uphold the values we hold as a business.
  • Generate volunteering opportunities for our team members.

Our company will encourage its employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organised internally or externally. We may also sponsor volunteering events from other organisations.

Preserving the Environment

Apart from legal obligations, our company will proactively work to protect the environment. Examples of relevant activities include:

  • Recycling;
  • Conserving energy;
  • Using environmentally friendly technologies, and/or
  • Supporting the community.

Our company may initiate and support community investment and educational programs within our own company or in conjunction with our clients and/or candidates.
