The PSI Global Training division was started after we became the first agency affiliate member of Train the Painter in 2022. The team saw this as a great opportunity to help with the ongoing skills shortage experienced in our industry.
We specialise in the delivery of industry-recognised qualifications. By equipping candidates with skills, certifications, and the practical experience they need to succeed, PSI Global Training strengthens the quality of talent entering the workforce. This perfectly complements our recruitment business by ensuring a reliable pipeline of job-ready, compliant operatives. It allows us to offer a full-service solution, from training and development to placement and ongoing workforce support.
Our state-of-the-art facility, the first of its kind in the North West, is fully equipped with everything our students need as they take part in our courses. The facility gives students the opportunity to participate in both the theory and practical part of the course in the same location, run by our experienced trainer.
But it’s not just our Train the Painter courses available. We’re now able to deliver accredited ECITB courses at our training centre in Liverpool as well, and we’ve partnered with a third-party training provider to offer our clients and workforce in the Construction industry further training opportunities for upskilling and certifications.
