Our philosophy

PSI Global Group has grown from a recruitment agency to become a specialised service provider for our clients. A step up from your average company, we go the extra mile to ensure we offer our clients a more bespoke and personal approach to each project.

Veterans helping veterans

Our team members have attended job events in which they were able to speak with leaving members of the Armed Forces who were looking for their next step in life. Having been in the Armed Forces themselves, team members like Brendan Robinson and Will Mather have been able to discuss the paths they took, what options are available, and how we can help.

We have also supported different organisations who themselves are helping the Veterans community to get back on their feet. Will had a connection with Healthier Heroes, a charity that was established to support members of the Armed Forces community who need help rebuilding their lives. Last Christmas, the team in our head office in Liverpool donated a variety of gift sets, toiletries, sweets, and several other items needed by veterans in the local community to Healthier Heroes.

Armed Forces Covenant

In addition to this, PSI Global signed the Armed Forces Covenant to further solidify our support for the Armed Forces Community. We have also been awarded the Gold Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Award. This recognises employers who demonstrate outstanding support for the Armed Forces community. From veteran recruitment and reservist support to training opportunities and partnerships, our commitment runs deep and is embedded across the business. Both the Armed Forces Covenant and ERS Award are a reflection of our values and the people who make up our team. With several veterans on board, it’s a commitment that’s personal as well as professional, directly relevant to many of the industries we support.

Supporting our Armed Forces

PSI Global has always been a supporter of our Armed Forces, specifically in helping veterans figure out how their skills can transfer to a career in our industry. If this is something you’re struggling with, connect with and reach out to our Industrial Services Director, Lee Austin, who will be happy to have a discussion with you about this to see how we can help.
