Our approach to wellbeing is proactive, inclusive, and continually evolving. We make sure that everyone, whether in the office or on the ground, has access to the support and resources they need to thrive. We know that when our people are well-supported, they deliver their best work safely, consistently, and collaboratively. By prioritising wellbeing across our teams, we help drive stronger outcomes for our clients and contribute to a high-performing industry.
Long hours, physically demanding roles, and time away from home can take a toll on mental and physical health, and that’s why we’ve taken active steps to ensure our workforce has access to the support they need. We’ve proudly partnered with a number of leading mental health charities that specialise in supporting the challenges faced by individuals in the industries we work in, leading us to create our own Mental Health Scheme.
These partnerships allow us to deliver regular on-site visits, mental health talks, and confidential support sessions designed to break the stigma around mental health and create an open, supportive culture. From toolbox talks to one-to-one check-ins, our goal is to ensure that every worker feels heard, valued, and supported.
In addition to our on-site initiatives, we’re also further investing in the wellbeing of our internal team members and the wider PSI Global Community. We’ve recently partnered with Rage Fitness and Calm Coffee to start building a community around wellbeing.
We know that looking after the physical and mental wellbeing of everyone in our community is important, and this new partnership will help to strengthen this by further supporting the physical, mental, and emotional health of our workforce on-site, in our offices, and beyond. With a community-led approach, this partnership will help us to deliver impactful wellbeing support, drawing on their experience in supporting thousands through their frontline, person-centred wellbeing services.
